Cannot load MOO II program

I have upgraded to a new computer and my MOO II will not work. The error message is "missing DPLAY.DDL".
I have removed the program and rloaded but same results.
Any suggestions.

Do you have DirectX installed? DPLAY.DLL is part of DirectX and is required to play the windows 95 version I think. You could convert to the DOS version and use DOSBOX to play it. Siron's blog has info on how to do it.

I downloaded DPLAY.DDL from another site onto the MOOII directory and it loaded MOOII. Now there is an additional problem where the video is extermely low end.
Wanted to get this solved prior to trying DOSBOX.
