Planet Mineral Class vs the Star Stellar Class Table

Here is the table for Planet Mineral Class vs the Star Stellar class.
During the generation of planets a random number between 0-9 (row) is generated and used to lookup the planets mineral class (column) from the table above. Each element in the table represents the mineral class of the planet being generated. The classes are as follows:

02 02 02 01 01 02 - Column is star class as follows:
03 02 02 01 01 02 0 = Blue
03 02 02 02 01 02 1 = White
03 03 02 02 02 03 2 = Yellow
03 03 03 02 02 03 3 = Orange
04 03 03 02 02 03 4 = Red
04 04 04 03 02 04 5 = Brown

0 = Ultra Poor
1 = Poor
2 = Abundant
3 = Rich
4 = Ultra Rich
