Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums, been playing MOO2 for a couple years off and on though, and have a couple questions.

Does anyone know if with the Omniscient racial pick, can you see Stealthy Ships races' ships on the main screen?

Also, are Stealthy Ships still invisible on the main screen when they are blockading one of your colonies but you don't have any ships there to engage in combat?

Omniscient detects fleets regardless of range or stealth abilities.

Stealthy ships in a system a player controls are immediately visible to that player - regardless if he has ships stationed there or not (so yes, he knows whether he is being blockaded by just a friagte or a battleship fleet).

Thanks for the reply. One more question - can you blockade a planet if you have no combat weapons?

Yes. Even an empty frigate blockades enemy's system.
