Is it possible to make the game not apply all of them based on your gross production?

the forum IS about modding the game. :p
the reason is what happens if you have two -50% penalties. you get NOTHING at all.
Base prod=3
pop=3
only production boost is automated factory
3*3=9
3*1=3
total=12
-50% of total=6(heavy g)
-50% of total=0(blockade)
+5 for factory
total production output of planet=5.
sure it doesn't count as a bug. But it's not really a good thing.

Looks good to me, I'd like to have it changed this way too. Only maybe the order of penalties different, as to make blockading the most severe in any circumstance:

What about percentile positive effects? Should the also be cumulative or add only a total percentage of base production like now?
