A new ladder and tournaments

One thing that might help attract more players is setting up a new ladder system and hosting more tournaments. You could have a B23 ladder, Orange, DemoDict, etc. We could also do a 1v1 single or double elimination tournament.

I see no point in splitting it to orange, b23 and others. There are few ppl playing one ladder. Splitting it would only make things worse.

The AAWC uses a split ladder system. It seems to work ok for them.
