Time delay management

MOOII way to do this is simple: As a human player, choose to micromanage only one thing at a time. Things can even be mutually exclusive. (So Turn 100.1 you'd start building supercomputers in Homesystem, turn 100.2 in System B. turn 100.3 in System C and so forth based on distance. Even though you could do it all in the same turn.. get it?




Im also brainstorming this as a real 4x game thing where your management ability is limited even if your reach is great (Basically, you can have a dozen colonies, but it takes years for messages to go back and forth. Like life before the radio)
