Any good timers to use?

Are there any good ways to have a timer for this game?
I searched and saw some old posts talking about implementing it via a switch, but it looks like that never happened.
So, does anybody know a good external timer that can be used to keep track of times? Even though it wouldn't be able to end a player's turn, we could at least start yelling at each other and have a record of who is taking so long! We usually play with 4 players.
