Moo 1 unofficial patch

For any fans of the first game of the series, I made a small patch fixing numerous bugs and issues and improving interface.
I also tried to slightly enhance the AI routines.
The patch is quite conservative, so don't expect anything 'brand new'. It is still in development, although more or less in playable state.
