Installing to XP No DOS Version on Disk

Installing to XP No DOS Version on Disk

I do not think I have the original disk. The front of the disk says it is for Windows95 and 98 on it and there is no install.exe on the disk for me to install a DOS version of the game. When I try to install the normal way the PC acts like it is going to do something but nothing happens. It shows setup.exe in the process explorer, but it never pops up. Is there another way to install?
