Autocombat

I encountered what might be a bug in single player.

When the planet has too good of shielding for a ships weapon, the auto-combat AI doesn't use the ship to shoot down missiles that are targeting another friendly ship.

Example:

You have 3 ships. One ship is equipped with fusion beams and the others have phasers. The planet has a strong enough shield to ignore the fusion beams but the phasers still get through. The auto-combat AI will fire all the phasers at the planet leaving those ships vulnerable to missiles. The fusion weapon ship will not fire on either the planet or the missiles if they are targeting the other ships.
