The Orion Nebula

I have found that on the Mac version of MOO II the leader cheat ("napoleon") does not work. I have typed in the cheat while holding the control key like it says but get nothing. Is it just a dud cheat or am I doing something wrong? Anyone have any ideas?

The DOS version of Moo2 does not have this cheat and I don't have a MAC. This much I do know. Many of the cheats only work when you are in a certain screen. Maybe you need to be in the Leaders screen when you try to activate this.
