In my current game of MOO2 using the 1.40b24 patch I had the Klackons attack one of my worlds with their fleet.
I was surprised to see that some of their Doom Stars had 7 Tractor Beams, some even 8 Tractor Beams on board.
When the number to immobilize a Doom Star is only 6 are more ever useful? Or is that just an AI glitch?
