No Housing Bug

typically i dont like the no housing commandline option
but i guess i could understand it to help balance out housing with some people
nevertheless,
i played a game other nite with someone,
i didnt have no housing turned on, but the person i played with did have it turned on.
after turn 50 mid game, my housing option just dissappeared from my build queue, and i chose unilith of all races to play with.
there was no way i could had survived in game without housing with that race, so we ended up crashing game and starting over new.
but as long as one person in a multiplayer has no housing turned on in their shortcut, it takes away housing for everyone, even though they might not had started or hosted the game.
