When playing as Tolerant, when colonizing a new planet, if this is a radiated or toxic world, info says no planet maintenance fee. The maintenance fee IS applied however when the planet is yours. I think aplying the fee is correct, but I would like to change the text info. Anyone knows how that can be done?
