Computer Wont Read MOOII CD

I have Windows XP and a Master of Orion II CD that seems to work only on a Mac. I have DOSbox on my computer but i dont know how to get it to install, especially since when i go to the D: drive under My Computer, it says 527 MB is the total size but when i double click on the icon there is nothing there. Plus it looks like its trying to play it as a music file. When I was messing with it I tryed to put a new folder on the cd and it said access denied, though i dont know if that has anything to do with it.
