My mouse "stutters"...

I have MOO2 installed on my laptop (it's a Centrino mobile processor @ 2GHz if that helps any) and my mouse "stutters" for lack of a better word. It's fine on the start up screen and the pause menu but when i return to the game "stutters"; it'll sort of drag across the screen and "jump" to spots. I shut down my ant-virus and anti-spyware and firewall to play but that doesnt help. Any solutions?

On Lord Brazen's Blog go to the Downloads section and download the Moo2 v1.31 mouse patch for the Windows version. Drop the exe file into your MOO2 directory and run it.
