Crash after intro

Hi everebody,
I just install MOO2 as described in the howto with dosbox 0.65. When i start the game (both 1.31 and 1.40) i have the following:
Network [entry 1] could not be found

uff ... never heard of that problem .. maybe reinstalling dosbox helps.

A few more details please...
How was your exact install procedure?
The message appears inside dosbox or do you launch without dosbox?

And you used the install.exe?
Or the other option?

hi, i have the same problem. i had a working installation and wanted to reinstall. i used the install.exe, zipped patch and patched to 1.40. then i got the same error as the OP here. i am using the same dosbox settings, so it can't be them.
the only thing special that happened was, that at first starting didn't work until i edited the ORIONCD.INI because i installed it from a temporary folder. gonna try a new install.
[edit:] after fresh install it's working
