The Orion Nebula

I've been playing an old Mac os9 version of Moo2 through SheepShaver - an emulator - this whole time. The problem is it crashes. on a real os9 the game would crash occasionally and annoyingly, but it was nowhere near this bad.


I found out GOG sells a more up to date Mac version for Intel macs, and also a Windows versions. I just want to know how often those versions crash before I make the decision to purchase it.

P.s. I have a DOSBOX moo2 up and running as a proof of concept, but it's painfully slow... And feels different to boot.

Preferrable is to run the DOS version in DOSBox, as you can then use the (unofficial) 1.40b23/24 patch, which is a big improvement over version 1.31.
On gog, it says works on Windows & MAC, so is it safe to assume you get both versions in one buy?
