Problems starting the Orion2v140.exe

Hi

I installed the game using the install.exe on the Cd i applied the 1.31 patch and then i executed MOO2v140b21_patch.exe but if i start the game using the Orion2v140.exe a Dos-Window appears with the Error Message "Befehl oder Dateiname nicht gefunden" in english "Instruction or file name not found ?"
Version 1.31 works fine even over Kali

Can anyone please help me?

We tried a 1.31 lobby. It really works without any problem.

He has the correct 1.4b21 version on his hd. (I saw that in my lobby.)

I saw his error message once, when I moved my orion files in a different directory. And the pif had wrong entries in cmd line and "Arbeitsverzeichnis" then. He said he had nothing moved there.

No idea.

Got the solution after hours spend experimenting i did a new moo2 install but this time an another harddisk an it works without any problem. Thanks to Siron Pk and Alex 4 help

I think I have the same problem - how did you guys fix this??

I get:
