Can I upgrade my 1.2 version?

Can I upgrade my 1.2 version?

On one of the update sites, it is stated that to apply the 1.31 patch, you must have version 1.31 Moo2. My Moo2 version is 1.2...where can I upgrade to 1.31?

Thx...I actually got it before I read the reply. Also, got online and had my first online game too.
