I wanted to extract the graphics for a MoO3 mod. Also, I am looking for any Antaran graphics (found some in monsters.lcx)...

Glad to see MoO2 is still kicking!

Thanks in advance,

GB

Bringing MOO2 graphics to a MOO3 mod? cool.

Maybe, you could bring back some of our favorites that they killed off as playable races, as well as adding the antarans.

You can use the picture viewer of the tools here in forum.
- You can screenshot the pictures with a common graphic viewer like Irfanview, GIMP or something like this.
- Then safing in needed format and this will do it.

You just have to look in which lbx the graphics are. Some race-pics are in Races.lbx f.e. (try Races.lbx.32 for a little Alkari-Pic used in Diplomatic Screen f.e.).

Hi Ponti,

I have slogged through the .ocx files and came up with nothing. I was kind of hoping somebody would know "off the top of their head"...

[...]through the .ocx files [...]
just try .lbx instead of .ocx

Try the tools in this thread:
viewtopic.php?t=413&highlight=viewer

First extract for example the Races.lbx from your installation-folder in the tools folder. While being in LBX Editor you can double click on the list-entries and the viewer is automatically startet.

It should loook like this:

It's the best following the steps in the tools help-option. All steps are described there. Just read and follow.

Regards & good luck

Thanks, Ponti...
