Mods download

Hi,
I've noticed that several mods are no longer found for download (Orange, Goodmap etc.)
Could I put them up for download on my website, or would the creators mind that very much?

Umm... if I may ask, why would you object to someone hosting the files? Right now there is no way to download these (supposedly) awesome mods.

If you are flat out against others hosting these mods please can you advise how Moo2 Players such as myself go about getting these mods?
I desperate to try DifficultChoiceMod b6 as it seems to change all those things I wished for when playing the game first time round.
If anyone has this mod and is willing to email or provide a download link please PM me with details.
