Melting Pot Error

Firsts first: Hello 
Second: I'm trying to make a kind of Warhammer 40K Mod for MoO2.
For editing the races I use Melting Pot but I can't export them cause I always get "runtime error 75: Path/File Access Error". Does anyone know whats causing that error?
Master of Orion is updated to Version 1.31 and Melting Pot is Version 0,952.
