Comprehensive list of exe offsets?

LordBrazen and some others have posted quite a few offsets on this forum, has anyone put that into an easy to read list with all the known offsets in the exes? If not, it would be a useful thing to have. I could harvest all the info on the board I guess, but if LB knows more offsets than are on the board it might be better for him to do it.
