Population transports vs wormholes

Hi,

Is there any way to fix game too allow use available wormholes in population transport time calculation.

Exp. If I have my near system (dist. 3) with wormhole to system with my other my colony (dist 12) then ship need 4 turn to go there but populations transport (via freighters) will take much longer (like normal travel to it)
