Starting Money, Population & Buildings

Starting money of 50 is set at:
982DD / 9831D (32)

Starting pop of 8 for Pre Warp and Avg start is set at:
991F8 / 99238 (8)

Starting pop of 8 for Advanced start is set at:
991E6 / 99226 (8)
AND
991EC / 9922C (8)

Starting Buildings

There is a buildlist defined in the exe at:
1F3F00 / 1FBF40

This list governs what will be built on your Home Planet at game start.
If you remove Marine Barracks or Star Base from the list, it will not be built.
If you add building techs to fields 0 or 29 (tech is known at start) and it is removed from this list, it will not be built.
If you add Colony Base to this list, all players (inc. a.i.) get to pick a free colony base.
Funny: this Colony Base is visible at T0 on your Home World as a building!

The list does not seem to influence Auto Build or a.i. build priorities.
Adding Colony Base to this list does not cause a.i. to start using Colony Bases.
(except for that first free one)
I do not know atm what the order / ranking of buildings in the list could mean.
.. needs more testing .. ideas on what order could mean are most welcome.
