This is the Hulls Types Table (for ship and orbital station).

Offset by the beginning of table 0x1F6672 in v1.31 Orion2.exe. The table have 9 records. A size of record - 36 bytes. 1A,1B is structure in strategical combat. And in contrast to armor it is never influenced by trit, zort etc. At least it is never displayed.
This is probably a bug. When you watch the ships after a combat you see often a negative amount of structure for these ships.

18,19 Since there is no combat speed in strat combat I assumed that these are the basic ship defense values there. But I couldnt verify (just tested with stockships in stratcombat which might have some predetermined values...so I have to look deeper into this issue.)

10,11-16,17 Weapons have no space in strat combat. These are the numbers of the weapons: beam, missile, bombs and special in strat combat.

@ Computer-shield generator hitpoints. IIRC starbases use the battleship values here. Bug?!
