I find cyber without tol pretty worthless. With tol in the VDC mod they are OK. They can't out grow or outproduce UniAqua variants, but they hang in there (At least I can't playing them :( ) And I would think with heavy armor and something like Zortium they would be pretty evil with their ship repai...
