IMO the Game developers were right with un-terraforming Toxic Planets. I think always should be a constant, which players can not change – it’s simply solidifying the Core of the Game. Besides, I agree with Time – Lithovore, Tolerant picks will lose some of their power with terraformble Toxic Planets

Is there a way to "See" what is on your sb, before being attacked?
I don’t know the way. But about Scout Lab – yeah, they would be installed immediately on SB when U somehow get them (but I can said for sure only for EXPa Mod, because I tested that there)

Recently I managed to create a Mod, which includes changes of pre-constructed Races (Computer races in Single Player). They will rip U apart on Impossible.
