There's no email address listed there (or forum) anymore. Well, interestingly, http://jmoo.leiavoia.net/Game.jar is still a valid URL. The last released version (what that url goes to) was apparently v.t060508 - the last version I had a copy of myself was v.t050502. I had been playing with v.t050502...

I just tried two cases:
Crashes: Expanding help and fast animations both on
Doesn't crash: Expanding help and fast animations both off.

So apparently turning fast animations off fixes it - or I got lucky (I went AFK while the battle ran on auto) - and expanding help didn't have any impact.

Repeatable auto combat crash in 1.40b22 - includes save

I have a saved game which crashed during a combat 8 or so times in a row with 1.40b22. Since it's so repeatable, I've zipped it up and put it here: moo2-crash-save3.zip . My hope is that Lord Brazen or someone can use this to find that crash/freeze bug and fix it. I wrote a little readme which says ...
