Remove gaia planets

Is there a way to remove Gaia planets during map generation? I havent seen it using OCL improved. They seem a little overpowered, I think terran is enough. I dont want to go through after the map is generated manually removing them.

will they work with the switches? can they be modded? if so i might buy just to play on vista64.

can get it to work but cant mod or use command line switches unless i did out my old laptop, do it on there and copy across. long!

Ive tried the OCL modfy but doesnt seem to work. Every tim i start a new game nothing has changed. I tried them in the MOO2 folder, in their own folder. Do i have to name it mod.txt or can it be whatever i like as long as the command line is the same?

I did all that and started a game but when it loaded it still said v1.31. Ive tried running orion2v140 with dos box but it says its an illegal command. only accepts orion2 as command. where am i going wrong?

Patch 1.4 and vista

I am trying to install moo2 on my new computer which has vista 64. When i click on the patch execute it goes to 100% installing the patch then i get an error message saying it has stopped working and clik to close. Any suggestions as to how to solve this?

Hello, Ive modded the research so my games are really slow. Just need to know how to slow down antarans as well as increase ship command point costs. I know there are 'offsets' but have no idea how to use these. Be useful to do this at the start rather than having to save, then edit then reload like...

New problem

Ok. Ive solved the first problem. Program runs but now i get a new error message:

Extraction mode.
Could not open the executable

Any tips on how to solve?

Help with OCL modding please

Hello,

I'm planning to try my own modding using OCL0.3 but i get an error message

MOO2\OCLPLU~1.3\OCLPLU~1.PIF
Invalid proram file name, please check you pif file

Not sure what my pif is and i dont know what to do. I'm using the very latest patch.
