You can look up in example.cfg for explanations of most options's syntax. The change of number of fighter crafts per squadron is not supported, but you can change the size of weapon itself, so less groups will fit the ship.

As you know, each fleet in moo2 on a given star have only one attack per turn. You cannot arrive with large fleet on a system with 5 enemy colonies and capture them all in same turn, even if they are unguarded. You can do only one attack. Same is applying for Antarans. Antarans are coming not just to some star, they are coming for some star of some player, who have a colony there, to attack it. They shouldnt bother about somebody else's fleets there at all, and they do not, they attack their target colony.

1. AI shouldnt move ships immobilized on previous turn. If it does so in any version - its a bug. AI aswell as any other player could move ships immobilized on current turn, under some circumstances, unless you have ICS enabled, where it shouldnt occurs at all. Im confirmed it present in 1.3 and 1.4, just 1.5 also got it in some cases not covered in vanilla (what leaded to excellent report about it from Belix, and consequent fixing, luckily), while origin of bug is Simtex software. It fixed already essentially that way.

Yes, sorry, wrong info, there is no +10 for them, only additional HP.
Ship capture is calculated pretty the same way as invasions, ship raiding is a totally different story, and unaffected by HG.

HG race got both +10 GC bonus and 1 extra HP included. They are roughly like a Tanks.
